1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the LEADSPUR LLC ("LeadSpur") website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

LeadSpur provides exclusive lead generation services for home service contractors. We generate leads through digital marketing campaigns and deliver them exclusively to our partner contractors. Each lead is sold to only one contractor—we never resell or share leads with multiple parties.

3. Lead Exclusivity

All leads provided through LeadSpur are 100% exclusive. This means:

• Each lead is delivered to only one contractor
• We do not sell the same lead to multiple businesses
• Leads are generated in real-time from our proprietary marketing campaigns

4. Partner Obligations

As a LeadSpur partner, you agree to:

• Respond to leads promptly (within 5 minutes for optimal results)
• Provide professional and courteous service to all leads
• Maintain proper licensing and insurance for your trade
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties
• Pay for leads according to the agreed-upon pricing structure

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be established in a separate Partner Agreement. LeadSpur reserves the right to suspend lead delivery for accounts with outstanding balances.

6. Lead Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our leads. If you receive a lead that does not meet our quality standards (wrong number, fake information, outside service area), please report it within 48 hours for review and potential credit.

7. Limitation of Liability

LeadSpur provides leads on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale or contract. Our liability is limited to the cost of the leads provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice. LeadSpur reserves the right to terminate partnerships immediately for violation of these terms or non-payment.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify partners of any material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. SMS Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our SMS program, you agree to be bound by these SMS Messaging Program Terms. You consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from LEADSPUR LLC for both transactional and promotional purposes. You understand that this consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. To stop receiving messages, you may reply with the keyword "STOP" at any time. Upon receiving your "STOP" request, we will send you a one-time confirmation text to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. For assistance, you may reply with the keyword "HELP". Message frequency will vary. Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
